1. The service
FollowSpark is a tool that, after you sign in with X, reads public following and follower information so you can see quiet accounts you follow and Top X accounts who follow you. It is provided by Carlos Sánchez García.
2. Who can use it
You must be old enough to use X in your country and to enter this contract (16 in most of the EU, or the digital-consent age where it is higher). You must only scan an account you control.
3. Your responsibilities
- Comply with X's terms and applicable law.
- Do not use FollowSpark to harass, stalk, or profile other people unlawfully.
- Do not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
- Understand that graph data comes from public X pages and third-party public proxies. Lists can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
4. What we do not promise
Scans are best-effort. Protected accounts, rate limits, and upstream changes can block a pass. Unfollow and follow actions open X; they are not performed by our servers.FollowSpark is not affiliated with X Corp.
5. Sessions and data
Scan results live for your signed-in session and are wiped when you sign out. Details are in the privacy policy.
6. Paid use
If the publisher later charges for FollowSpark, the price, refunds, and consumer cancellation rights required by EU consumer law will be shown before you pay. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under the law of your country. For other losses, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or data inaccuracy of public X sources, to the extent the law allows. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, your statutory rights stay intact.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may also rely on the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
