1. What this covers
This policy explains how FollowSpark uses cookies and similar storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) on your device. It should be read with the privacy policy.
2. Essential cookies and storage
These are required to sign you in and to run the service you asked for. EU cookie rules allow them without consent because they are strictly necessary.

Pages also load a small Grok App Builder script from grok.com (extensions.js). It is part of hosting and runtime on Grok, not advertising. We treat it as essential.
3. Optional cookies
If you choose Accept all, two optional things may run. Your browser may load web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), and we may set a first-party cookie named followspark_vid. Neither is required to use FollowSpark. System fonts are used if you choose Essential only, and followspark_vid is not set.

Google may process your IP address and technical data when fonts load. followspark_vid is a random first-party id so the operator can tell new visits from returning ones. It is not used for ads. We do not use advertising cookies, social pixels, or third-party analytics. Usage counts for the operator are first-party. Page views, country, device class, and referrer do not need this cookie. New vs returning needs followspark_vid, and only if you chose Accept all.
4. Your choice
The first time you visit, a banner asks you to choose Essential only or Accept all. You can change that later with Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing optional consent does not log you out.
